Fictioneers are designers, facilitators and explorers of collaborative fictional spaces, otherwise known as "Roleplaying Games" and "Storygames." Fictioneers.net is a directory of the games they play, and discussions about the things they do. In addition to its massive database of indie games, the site has been expanded to include an advanced Forum for the discussion of roleplaying games, storygames, game design and theory. Are you a game designer, GM, or avid roleplayer? Come join the conversation!
As If Productions recently upgraded the website of the Experimental Television Center from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7. As Drupal developers know, the upgrade from 6 to 7 is particularly hairy and not at all intuitive. The job was especially complicated as the center features a massive Biblio-based database, which required manual reconstruction in MySQL.
Kim Watkinson, the Ninja Baker, wants to build a bridge between the east and west with her culinary mastery and well-heeled charm. The Ninja Baker site has been updated for mobile browsing with a smart new design and a responsive layout.
Running on Drupal 7, the site features automated systems and scripts to keep the content dynamic, and to share culinary ideas and techniques with fellow cooking aficionados via social networks. From savory meals to sweet Japanese treats, you'll find a lot of cooking advice and ideas here.
Support the game designs and theoretical work of As If Productions. Written especially for roleplayers, GMs, game designers, artists and neophiles who are interested in experimental applications of narrative engineering.
